Great job on these Brian! My buddy and I installed a crf100 motor in my nsr frame in little over an hour. The motor fits like a glove man, I was really impressed. Great instructions too! You did a great job on these mounts.

UPDATE..
I made the motor mounts stronger (SEE PIC'S ABOVE)!! Went away with a few of my spacers and added in some very strong (and light weight) Delrin/Acetal in to act as my spacers for the upper part of the motor bracket. That is the only area that needed a lot of spacers. I also did away with one on the front and added a small piece of alum. to use as a spacer.. I might change that up and use the Delrin/Acetal as well since some of my cut offs should work in that area.
This allows for more surface space to be on the frame and not just the small tube spacer I was using in the past.

Brian, great idea using the Delrin for the spacers! That stuff is great. Mounts are looking very nice and professional.

Thanks Aaron.. I'm still using the steel spacers for the middle of the brackets (the short tubes).. If I can find some thick Delrin tube, I might use that to keep things strong and light! Or I might be able to drill down a Delrin rod and make my own.. the longest tube is only 3"
