Today was a day I've dreaded happening for years. "Somebody" passed the eye-exam and written test today and has a valid PA Learner's Permit. God help us all........

So he can't even drive a golf cart, but the state of PA will give him a learner's permit? Glad that you guys live in PA and not here.
